McArthur Park’s mission is to create a lasting memory for families living with a parent who has a life threatening illness with our “Gone Fishing” weekends. Our goal is to enrich the lives of minor children who will experience a life changing impact in the loss of a parent to illness. We are a grassroots movement, driven by local business, referral sources, donors, sponsors, and community efforts, to provide an experience that will leave a lifetime of memories for the children and family members left behind.
This includes the creation of our Gateway Gallery 126 Maple Street Corinth, NY.
Our gallery features exhibits of original art by caring artisans helping to promote and enhance the McArthur Park experience.
We provide all expenses paid to the families who come to McArthur Park for an Adirondack experience. To expand our fund raising we are hosting several events at McArthur Park this year. We are opening the park for Wilderness Weddings, Retreats, Camping, Picnics, wilderness workshops, meditations, and more.
Our Open House is featuring free entrance to the park and “Meet the Artist” day where folks can come and meet our Gateway Gallery artists in person. Refreshments will be served. Come visit us on June 26th to see what we are all about. For more information visit our website at
